Hang it all!

Today I posted about my bookshelf makeover on LGN. I love to hang art or mirrors on the fronts of bookshelves to add more dimension and to break up the sea of books.
Want to know my favorite product for hanging these pieces without damaging the wood of the shelves?
These Command picture hanging strips are every stylist’s best kept secret! They make for fast and super easy hanging projects.

With only a couple of these strips you can hang almost any piece of art. And when you’re ready to change out the art, the strips come off easily without any residue or damage. I keep boxes of these around and use them in every room.
(PS Here’s one of my favorite projects using the strips)

The strips I use to hang pictures are like velcro, you attach a strip to the wall and one to the painting (so that the strips are completely hidden) and the press the two pieces together once they are stuck firmly. They work great for all my pictures. The bookshelves are fantastic! Wonderful idea.
