Police believe the boy used a handgun to kill his father.
Police believe a 10-year-old boy intentionally shot and killed his father over the weekend.
32-year-old Jeff Hall was California director of the National Socialist Movement, the nation’s biggest neo-Nazi group.
Police were called to Hall’s Riverside home at 4:04 a.m. Sunday and found him badly injured, lying on a couch. Paramedics tried to revive him but he died in his home. Police say the cause was a single gunshot wound to the chest, but an autopsy is pending.
Police say Hall’s son, who has not been identified, admits to shooting his father with a handgun. “We believe it was an intentional act,” said Riverside police Lt. Ed Blevins. Continue reading »
When I asked our kids’ pediatrician about the swine flu vaccine, he said that it was up to us, but that he wasn’t getting it. That’s telling, given that we figure he’s about 90 years old — he was my wife’s pediatrician too — and is thus a prime candidate. He said felt that the government and the media had made more of the disease than was appropriate. Given that he’s been practicing for more than 50 years, I tend to listen when he says something. But lest you think he’s been practicing a little too long, he is not alone in his assessment of the situation.
