Do you remember that Justice of the Peace from Louisiana that refused to marry an interracial couple on the grounds that their kids wouldn’t be readily accepted into society? (Yeah, that poor Barack Obama….will he ever feel the love?) Seems he’s got backup.
Judge Charlie Baird was accused to providing judicial support to enforced sterilization when he told Felicia Salazar she couldn’t have anymore children as part of her probation last year. This year he’s singing a different tune.
