So your kid has started blogging and you’re terrified you’re going to be reading about their drinking, drug use, and sexual escapades, right? Well, it turns out that’s probably not going to be the case. At least, that’s what researchers at Ohio State University found in a study of 100 teen bloggers from around the country.
In an effort to calm the nerves of their fourth grade students prior to taking an important test, two teachers at Westchase Elementary in Tampa, Florida reached for the bottle. The pill bottle, that is. 
No one is slamming pot here. Not today. Maybe pot’s not my thing, but I’m no narc. I’m no Agent of D.A.R.E. (but I so want to drive that van). So I bring you this story not as a condemnation of marijuana use, but maybe just a reminder that we should all have fun responsibility.
A new computer program that takes a photo of a teen and puts it through the sort of wringer that crystal meth would to an actual face is the latest tool in the war on drugs.
It would have been bad enough if a mom switched out her kid’s urine for her own in a drug test. But to make it believable, a Michigan mom first dosed her kid with methadone to make it seem like the pee of a recovering drug addict.
Finding a good day care is so hard these days, you have to accept compromises. Maybe your kid’s day care is a little pricey, doesn’t stay open as late as you’d like, or maybe the day care sells cocaine.
A baby was found sucking on a ball of crack cocaine at a Minneapolis daycare this week. Now officials are surrounding the daycare with one big question – who dropped the rock?
