They shut down the application — which included choices like “yes,” “maybe,” and “if he cuts my health care” — removed the poll, and went searching for it’s user.  Their “man” hunt turned up a surprise, though:  The poll creator was a child.

Based on the idea that if you could hold the attention of children, you could educate them, the program introduced kids to a grouchy green creature who lived in a garbage can and an oversized yellow bird. obama 300x223 School Children Praise Obama in Song   Indoctrination or Innocent Ditty?Let the accusations of indoctrinations, brainwashing and teaching socialism to our school kids be slung around yet again.

A YouTube video from earlier in the year, which was shot at a New Jersey Elementary School, is getting lots and lots of new attention. The clip shows about twenty children singing songs praising President Obama. One celebrates his “great plan” to “make this country’s economy No. 1 again”. And just to really get nervous parents panties in a bunch, the song takes quotes from the spiritual Jesus Loves the Little Children and replaces Jesus with Obama. Yeah, that’s probably taking it a bit too far.
