Only, it’s more of a noise she’s making with her mouth and hand, rather than speaking it clearly, but it’s adorable, nonetheless.

Did your kids ever make a sound that sounded like they were speaking a word? I could swear my son was saying “miwk” (baby-ized version of “milk”) when he was nursing.
