When Parents Text

The website When Parents Text have a couple of perfect taglines – “small keypad – old hands,” and “so much said…so little understood.” So true, so true.

When Parents Text’s collection of user submitted messages  from mothers and fathers to their sons and daughters are totally and completely hilarious. Like laugh out loud, eyes watering, peeing in your pants funny. So funny that their collection is going offline and is being put into book form which will be released on September 1st.

Check out twenty of their most hilarious submissions right here!

These. Are. Awesome. They are even more awesome because I didn’t have to utilize that stupid slideshow thing. Thank you Sunny!

I’m assuming the prostate text was sent to the daughter?

Jen commented on Aug 15 11 at 10:11 pm

I agree WHATEVS. The slideshow has me almost unsubscribing from strollerderby. You never know when it’s going to strike!

I skip the slideshow ones, too. Glad these were just “normal” otherwise I would have missed out on bow tie man! LMAO

I love these! Thanks for sharing. I read them for an hour until my belly and face hurt from laughing so long! It’s fun to appreciate them from both the kid and parent sides!

These were great! Thanks for using this format instead of the slideshow!

Alison commented on Aug 16 11 at 12:07 pm

Thank you for not using the slideshow! Hilarious texts and i didn’t have to wait a minute to load each one. I’d stopped clicking on any lists bc they were always slideshows, so I’m super glad I clicked on this one!
