Ali Lohan Models Lindsay’s Skimpy Clothes

Ali Lohan: Just your typical 16-year-old.

Ali Lohan’s attempt to follow in her sister Lindsay’s footsteps to stardom has mostly been unsuccessful.  While she’s certainly attractive enough, Ali lacks the star quality and talent that propelled her big sister to fame.

But what the Lohan sisters do seem to share is a permissive mother whose own fondness for the spotlight has impaired her parenting skills.

As evidence of that, one need look no further than a recent photo shoot featuring 16-year-old Ali Lohan modeling clothes from Lindsay Lohan’s 6126 collection.  In one shot, Ali sports spike heels, a see-through, low-cut dress and a come-hither expression.  In another photo, she’s wearing a barely-there, micro-mini dress and those same stilettos.  She’s bra-less in a black lace blazer paired only with sheer leggings and stuffed into a sexy, little black dress.

What is a 16-year-old doing dressed up like that?

Granted, Ali Lohan looks much older than her years and I am sure 16-year-old models tarted up to look like 25-year-olds is not unheard of.  But knowing what celebrity has done to her oldest daughter, how could mom Dina Lohan continue to encourage and support Ali’s hunger for fame?  And in such an inappropriate way?

I would like to see the entire Lohan family get their collective acts together.  But based on Ali’s latest career move and Lindsay’s ongoing drug problems, I just don’t see it happening.

Would you let your sixteen-year-old daughter model such sexy clothes?

Yes this is permissive parenting. However, most high fashion models are in their teens and get much more naked that we see here. It’s part of a bigger problem, but is by no means a new phenomena that began solely with the ridiculous Lohans.

Considering many bathing suits are more revealing than this photo, I think there may be a bigger issue than a permissive parenting by a single mother of two daughters.

She no longer has a hunger for fame and has expressed that she finds the industry ‘toxic’. She’s a 5 9 1/2 pretty teen that looks mature and it’s natural that she’d be used to model. One shouldn’t read into Ali’s future based on what she’s doing as a job. This is only the 2nd or 3rd shoot she’s done all year and she’s done nothing else in the industry lately.
