Tonight, we’re heading over to the 92nd Street Y in Tribeca for what should be a delicious (we heard tastings were involved) and animated evening to discuss what’s on our mind all the time – food! The Y has gathered top chefs and home cooks alike to look at the future of food in our culture:
Will scientists tinker with our food even more?
Are restaurants on the outs, to be replaced by eating in and food carts?
What does the future hold for the family kitchen?
We’ll talk with Chef Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern, Glenn Roberts, founder of Anson Mills, and writer and Food52 co-founder Amanda Hesser. Tune in tonight as we bring you tips, mouth-watering new ideas and fascinating perspectives on the future of food.
