RECALL: Tiny Love Wind Chimes
If you’ve got a Tiny Love Gymini Kick and Play Activity Set, or any other Tiny Love Toys with wind chimes, you’ll want to check his out –the company has recalled several models of its wind chime toys, including those sold with the Kick and Play Gymini and the Tiny Smarts gift sets.
Babies are able to pull the toys apart, exposing sharp metal rods which can puncture or cut a baby. The company has received five reports of this happening, including one where a baby punctured his cheek. About 600,000 of the toys were sold in the US and 200,000 in Canada, at Target, Toys R US, Walmart, Buy Buy Baby, and TJ Maxx. Check out images of the recalled chimes at the Consumer Product and Safety Commission site here; not all baby gyms sold by Tiny Love have wind chimes involved in the recall. If your baby has one of these, take it away and contact Tiny Love for a replacement toy.
