When Kids Parties Border on Abuse: Freaking 6-Year-Olds
I hate to be a prude or the old guy who stands on his lawn and shakes his fist at passing children, but in my day … when we had birthday parties, we actually played Pin the Tail on the Donkey. We actually smacked a pinata and gathered around to blow out candles.
We never filled up the patio with kids who appear to be as young as 4 and held a freak dancing contest, with the winner being the kid who can best simulate sex on the dance floor.
Sometimes, there are no words.
A real ethical question lies behind the horrid veneer. Is this child abuse? Encouraging this type of behavior? Filming it for posterity?

tripletmom commented on Oct 15 09 at 4:37 pmThat´s called reagetton and it actually is danced that way. It´s very popular among the lower classes in latin america. The lyrics are usually slang but very very explicit. I´m not condoning it, just explainig.

Amanda commented on Oct 15 09 at 7:23 pmOMG! I could not even finish watching the video. Most of those kids are way too young to even realize what exactly they are doing. Very sad.
Marj commented on Oct 18 09 at 4:16 pmUgh. We need to bring back the polka.
