These people are obviously not attractive by our standards, but I don’t think the kid is going to be scarred by seeing naked people. I’m sure there are a lot of nudists out there.

The zombie, the fairy, even the “S&M guy” are just people who are different from you. The “S&M guy” is wearing a shiny goth outfit, not performing any sex acts. The nudists… whatever. Our family walks around the house naked all the time. Some people take it further than others.
Exposing your kids to hatred, bigotry, and violence, or subjecting them to truly unsafe conditions (there was a guy riding a scooter with his tiny daughter standing up on his lap), or exposing them to blatant sexuality (there was one of a 6-yr-old-ish girl asleep with people having sex right next to her)… those are the bad ones!
