Babies talking are cute. Dogs talking are cute.

Neither one is really talking, at least not with words. Both, however, are cute.

So! Let’s put a baby and a dog together, get them “talking”, and put it all on Japanese television!

American TV programmers could learn a lot from the Japanese. I’d watch this show every week.
