UPDATE: Michael Jackson’s Will Leaves Kids to Diana Ross. Debbie Rowe Considers Contesting Guardianship.
Much hay has been made in the last 72 or so hours about the paternity and future guardianship of Michael Jackson’s kids. One can only hope said kids don’t have Internet access.
So apparently Debbie Rowe, the woman who birthed two of Jackson’s children and just recently claimed to not be their biological mother, is entering the horse race over the kids’ guardianship. This is despite the fact Rowe filed a petition in 2001 to end her parental rights. Add to that comments Rowe made in several years ago, when reports of the grandmother possibly adopting the children sprang up, declaring she would “never consent to such a thing” and was “certain” Jackson’s parents “would not properly care for the children.” Though it seemed just a day ago Rowe would take no part in any custodial mêlée, she will now send her lawyer, Eric George, to represent her at a hearing on Monday.
And now comes one of the stranger wrinkles. Jackson’s will became public yesterday. In it Jackson, as many believed he would, left the custodianship of his children to mother Katherine. HOWEVER, the will states that if Katherine had passed or was unfit to take the children guardianship would get kicked to Diana Ross. For time the time being, it does not appear Ross will buy a ticket for the guardianship sweepstakes.
In related news, experts suspect Jackson’s children will return to living a “normal” life by the year 2037.

If,I was a judge,I would talk to the children and let them know of my concern for them and their well being and to let the children know how serious this is for them to have a regular normal life for themselves. As , a judge that I would consider what they would say to me about what their wishes are for themselves and each other and let them know that I belive in them just the way that their Father did ,when he was alive, they the children need to still have that in their lives and need to be told this by whom they want to live with,it’s that plain and simple,this is the type of life they should be able to live,a regular normal life by making friends at school public or private school and,I belive it should be private school because,I think that is what their Father would have wanted for them since no one is willing to take up the home schooling where michael left off or atleast no noe has steped forward saying they would do this for the children.

My children have told me that they want michael jackson’s children to be their step sibling’s if the jackson family can not get custody of them,so the children would not be put into foster care. We live in the tidewater area of va. My main question is have these children ever been to church any where? Because,I would like to be able to take them to church even if ,I could not get custody of them . I believe they need this more than any thing else that could be given to them, so they know that they are loved by God and some one else that lives a regular and normal life.
