Ingredients:

fresh ginger root (about 2 cubic inches), peeled and cut into 1/8 inch slices
five or six sprigs of fresh mint
half a cinnamon stick
four or five cloves
two hibiscus tea bags

Instructions:

Bring a pot (about 8 cups) of water to a boil and add all ingredients except the tea bags.
Turn down the heat, cover and simmer for fifteen minutes.
Turn off (or remove from) heat and add the tea bags.
Steep for 10 minutes.
Refrigerate until cold
Serve over ice with an extra sprig of mint and a teaspoon of honey if you like it sweet.

Now sip and enjoy the praise of your dinner guests!
