Michael Jackson Goes To The Big Neverland in The Sky

michael jackson neverland 300x300 Michael Jackson Goes To The Big Neverland in The SkyMichael Jackson – the king of Pop –has died. This afternoon Jackson was rushed to UCLA Medical Center after he reportedly collapsed, he was unconscious and not breathing. The 50 year old entertainer was about to go to rehearsals for his upcoming tour and had suffered a heart attack.

Michael Jackson has been plagued by financial and personal scandals. Some saying his friendships with children were not healthy to say the least. None of the charges against him were ever proven. But he did have a thing for the kids. He made a home that was a tribute to childhood – The Neverland Ranch.  The Mecca for kiddies included a Ferris Wheel, a merry-go-round, a dragon kiddie rollar coaster, bumper cars as well as a slew of other rides. This was a place for countless parties, charity events and sleepovers.
Michael Jackson leaves behind his children Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince “Blanket” Michael Jackson II.

Regardless of his trials and tribulations and the rumors and innuendo, you can not deny the effect that Jackson has had on our culture.  He never grew up and now he never will. Here’s hoping he finds peace in his own Neverland.

And here’s some classic Michael Jackson to cheer you up.

Oh hell no. It just isn’t sinking in. The king of pop is dead? Can’t wrap my head around it at all.

So Very Sad. It does not feel real. But there are a few fireworks in my neighborhood and every car that drives by is playing MJ. This is a good thing.

A piece of my childhood just died and I am just very, very sad right now.

It is weird to think that MJ is dead. I remember having a record player that had a picture of him in his yellow suit. Me and my sister loved that thing.

It is such a great loss that a man with great talent like Michael Jackson dies. RIP King of POP

I heard this morning a report that Michael Jackson actually died from food poisoning. He ate a seven year old weiner and nine year old nuts.

GP you are trashy and rude.

Yes GP, you are trashy and rude.

HAHAHAHAHAHA! Good one GP! Nothing is funnier than the death of a father of three young children!
Keep it classy, as always.

Knitty commented on Jun 26 09 at 3:01 pm

GP and Knitty, I hope both of you have to suffer a lot for what you have said. And the both of you are just JEALOUS that you can’t sing, dance or be a famous as Michael. RIP Michael!! You will never be forgotten!!!!!! Your music will be played on forever!!!!!
