10 Million Watched Jon and Kate Divorce Show
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again — this “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ show seems to have legs.
First the season premiere of their show was watched by 9.8 million people. Now the “yeah, we’re getting a divorce” episode that aired on Monday June 22 had an astonishing 10.6 million viewers. According to THRFeed.com, that’s “more viewers than any other program on broadcast that night.” Wow.
Unfortunately for fans of the show (not to mention TLC, the channel that broadcasts it), “J&K+8″ (maybe they should rename the show “Jon - Kate - 8 = JON’S GOIN’ OUT TONIGHT!”) will be on hiatus until August 3. Is there any chance that the Gosselins can focus on their lives while those lives are the subject of an ongoing television production? I doubt it.
Here’s the promo video for the “special episode” that had such high ratings. Gosh, how could anyone NOT watch it?
