There are some pretty pairs of shoes popping up for spring! Even though the weather doesn’t justify a purchase just yet, I can’t help but dream of some new shoes. Boutiques and indie designers are some of the best places to find well-fitting, interesting clothing that not everyone on your block will have. Often, these designers are out of the normal person’s price range so I’ve sorted through the sale racks to find some gorgeous boutique finds at awesome savings. The price tags start at just $38! While browsing at Schoolhouse Electric over the weekend, I happened upon these charcoal purifiers. Just put the charcoal stick into the water pitcher, and it will absorb chemicals and unwanted particles. It also releases minerals to improve the water’s taste! Britta water pitchers don’t work at my house so I was super excited to find these! I think they’d look quite lovely inside a glass pitcher.

Last fall I worked on a photo shoot for Parents Magazine with the adorable Fawn & Forest family. Summer Robertson and family own the modern kids furniture company, Fawn & Forest, a mecca of modern family furniture, all sold online. They are just as chic and sweet in person as their lovely company. I loved seeing Summer and Danny’s home. It is simple, modern, organized, and oozing with style. It reminded me of the family homes I visited when I lived in Sweden. I had the job of adding a few products to their living room for the shoot (with art direction from the magazine, of course), though their house really didn’t need much. Here’s what I picked:
