Floral Pants And . . . (How To Wear Your New Floral Pants)
When I was ten I had a pair of floral pants. They had pink cabbage roses and blue polka dots, and I wore them with a pale blue shirt the exact color of those polka dots. And let me tell you, I was hot stuff.
Floral pants are back again, and hooray! But this time it is not to be a matchy-matchy type affair. These floral pants want to be clashed with. They desire eclecticism. These floral pants say, “Ignore me, please, and wear what you will! Pray tell, have you got any plaid tops?” (In my imagination my floral pants are British, of course.)
After the jump, I’ve collected a few looks starring this new crop of floral pants, and I am so excited to introduce them to you. I call it “Floral Pants And dot dot dot,” and they are here to show you that yes, you do need a pair of floral pants. Like, badly.
Enjoy!
