i have a bunch of little girls as cousins and they all prefer to wear dresses despite the cold weather. they all steal my high heals to walk in & beg me to dress them up in my clothes all the time. after all of them learned/started to walk, i taught these little divas how to do a shopping walk. one hand in the air, the other one holding a bag with their hand on their hip. these girls are barbie wannabes!

Lisa commented on Feb 09 12 at 8:49 pm

There are a couple of requirements for just about everything she wears – ruffles, sparkles, and pink! She adores the long dress (with ruffles) and leggings look complete with sparkle silver shoes!

Holly Lefevre commented on Feb 09 12 at 9:26 pm

My daughter loves dresses and tutus. If she had her way all she would a dress or a tutu everyday with multiple wardrobe changes of course!

looloosmommy commented on Feb 09 12 at 10:11 pm

My Mirra loves to wear yoga pants, with shirts she chooses daily for her own reasons that have to match her socks. But the kicker is she has this little pink fuzzy vest with a black bow that barely fits that she wears almost every day. Almost like a security blanket:)

RosieB commented on Feb 09 12 at 10:34 pm

My 7 yr old loves to wear leggings under her shorts with her converse tennies. She also has some knee black boots that she wears a lot. And the more bling the better for her ;)

Kelly Gammel commented on Feb 10 12 at 12:32 am

My girls (I have 3), love to wear anything with bling and sparkles. From hats and scarves to shoes and socks, and everything in between. If it sparkles, shines, and twirls when they spin, they wear it. At 7, 4, and 8 months, I’ve already got some major fashionistas on my hands! Even the baby doesn’t leave home without her tutu on!

Gretchen commented on Feb 10 12 at 1:48 am

Nicole Brenner commented on Feb 10 12 at 7:29 am

My granddaughter is 3 years old. She never had clothes of her own, never had anything of her own except an old worn out Barbie. That’s because she is in an orphanage in Eastern Europe. We are waiting on a date any day now to go pick her up, and I will see her in person for the first time. She doesn’t know English, yet, but when my daughter visited her a few months ago and took her a set of clothes all her own, she looked up, and in her own language said, “Now I am a Barbie doll!”

Patti commented on Feb 10 12 at 7:39 am

My daughter has very curly dark hair, she loves playing with Barbie’s hair and she loves when I give both her & Barbie braids. That way they look the same in their ballet tutu or in their doctor scrubs!!

My Baby Girl loves to wear anything that is the newest fashion, age appropriate, but definitely loves the classics, and she LOVES coordinating her shoes and hair accessories! Costume jewelry is big for her, and I never see her sporting any outfit without a coordinating jewelry set to give her that extra sparkle. She has all her clothes color coordinated hanging in her closet, and seasonally in her drawers. Layers are huge for her, and she needs an outfit for every occasion. From cheer-leading, to school, to basketball, shopping, and holidays, my Little Girl likes to be ready for everything :) And she is!

My daughter Kennedy ( 5 yrs old) is quite the little diva. She loves to dress in anything that sparkles, glitters or shines, just like her personality. She loves to dress in skirts, heels, jewelry and anything with the Eiffle Tower on it. She always tells me that she is going to Paris to meet Barbie for some shopping and to see the Eifle tower. Kennedy’s dream is to one day watch her own fashion line being modeled down the run way. We love that Barbie inspires Kennedy to dream big and be anything she wants to be.

This awesome gift would be a great start-all-over-again gift. I don’t have a little one, I am the little one in the inside, lol, but I have a niece that can only play with barbie dolls when she comes visits me, it’s our “me” moment.
