In 2009, Todd Oldham wrote a book called Kid Made Modern which focused on encouraging kids to create unconventional, beautiful things inspired by midcentury design icons likeĀ Charles and Ray Eames, Marimekko, Alexander Girard and Dorothy Draper. The book is pretty fantastic, and even better, Oldham is now collaborating with Target on a line of craft supplies to complement the book. The line will include things like lucite beads, neon duct tapes, felt and wooden jewelry kits and rad watercolor palettes. Look for the line to hit shelves May 20.
