Here in France, it’s practically a fashion crime to leave your house without a scarf tied chic-ly around your neck. I’m stepping up my game by trying out these tutorials on how to tie a scarf and purchasing a few more to add to my collection. There are so many lovely ones it’s hard to decide on favorites.
