london Loveliest Books for Seeing the World

My daughter and I are heading out to London this week for a little mommy & me trip to the Rapunzel Celebration. To prep her, we’ve been reading all about the city and making a list of what we want to do (me: shop;  her: ride on the top of a double-decker bus). Thanks to this charming book we’ve envisioned a full picture of the city and all it has to offer, with lovely illustrations. So now we’ve got the Tower of London, Kensington Palace, and high tea on our must-do lists.  These books are available for many cities around the world…

This is London is one of the reissued editions of Miroslav Sasek’s classic city books.
