Babble Voices
I admit it. When I first went to check out the new Babble Voices section, my first thought was “ooh, pretty.” Shallow yes, but the site is very pretty. Then a split second later, I noticed some of the amazing bloggers featured.
Let’s see. Finslippy, Samantha Bee, Girl’s Gone Child, Whoorl, Chookaloonks… oh yeah, I could go on. They’re all there, 31 amazing people in all, each adding their voices to the mix. And the really interesting thing is what these voices are talking about.
Politics, parenting, the art of writing, moving, settling in, being a dad, being a mom… it’s all there. Check it out for yourself over at Babble Voices.

Emily commented on Aug 23 11 at 3:26 pmI’m excited by the authors and what is sure to be really amazing content, but the interface is a bit frustrating. It may be a pretty design, but the hover and then click “read more” is tedious. I want to see what all of the voices have to offer, not click thru 31 different portals. Also I’ve looked all over the section for a place to subscribe to the content by RSS and have come up empty. Most other sections of Babble have that functionality. Hope to see it soon for Babble Voices so I can easily access the posts.
