A Pretty Branch and Bird 3D Play Puzzle
This is such a sweet toy. It’s not a puzzle in the traditional sense, but it is made up of interlocking cardboard pieces that can be fitted together in various ways.
Isn’t it lovely? I can see my little girl having a lot of fun with it. You can pick one up at Anthropologie.

Jenny commented on Jul 30 11 at 6:05 pmI’ve got to add another lovely toy that encourages creativity as well as fine motor, sequencing, and pattern recognition: http://www.constructiveplaythings.com/cgi-bin/s.sh/2.0/product.htm?pf_id=GOG-720 – it’s actually much cuter in person. As an occupational therapist I am always looking for colorful and creative ways to incorporate fine motor skills. Keep the toy recommendations coming!
