10 Best Harry Potter Party Ideas
Are you heading out to see the last Harry Potter movie — Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 — this weekend? It’s kind of sad, isn’t it? Even though I’ve already read the last book and I know exactly what happens (!!!!), this is really the end of an era. I’ve been reading the books since high school and here I am, a mother, and the last movie is about to come out.
Is anyone going one step further and having a giant Harry Potter party? It’s not only a fun idea for the last Harry Potter movie, but for a kids birthday party in general. Here are 10 of our favorite ideas for getting in the Harry Potter festivities — beyond Butterbeer and magic wands:
Slides 1, 7 and 8: Martha Shmartha
Slides 2, 3, 4 and 6: Hostess with the Mostess
Slide 5: Diamonds for Dessert (including more photos for the Golden Snitches)
