Win A Tiny Texas House!
The Tiny Texas Worker House is pure salvaged perfection. Built entirely of antique pine, the front porch is supported by 125-yr old cedar posts from a Texas cotton gin and the interior loft sits on beams from an 1880s Texas farmhouse.
The best part? The house will be given away to one lucky winner in the 1st Tiny Texas Houses Essay Contest. Read on for details!
Architectural salvage dealer Brad Kittle’s Tiny Texas Houses harken to a bygone era, each uniquely built using salvaged lumber and materials. They come fully equipped for modern living with wiring for electricity and full plumbing, including a shower, toilet and a sleeping loft.
To spread the word about salvage building as a viable and sustainable alternative, Brad is having the 1st Tiny Texas Houses Essay Contest. Amanda commented on Jun 23 11 at 2:09 pmI was a little disappointed at the entry fee as. It is a valuable prize though, and such an awesome idea. We would love to shrink down to a tiny house, maybe not that tiny but it would be perfect for a couple! I love some of the other houses on the site. It is good they are getting exposure!
