I adore art supply kits for kids. Origami kits. Paint sets. Potholder looms. I love it all. So of course these stencil kits by artist, Karen Kimmel, caught my eye. She’s developed a whole line called Kimmel Kids and the supplies look wonderful and out of the ordinary — with items like neon pencils and a coordinating pencil case. But man, they’re pricey.

Want to know more? You can find them at A+R Store.

What’s your take? Would you splurge on art supplies like these?

Lovely! These are stencil designs that even adults could use. But would I splurge? Probably not $68, but maybe I would add them to a wish list or watch for them to (hopefully!) go on sale.

I just wanted to say they are also available online through The Vitrine, http://www.thevitrine.com. Thanks!
