We’re starting a week’s worth of holiday DVD giveaways here on Babble, and our first one is a biggie: Shrek The Whole Story is a DVD/Blu-ray boxed combo containing all four of the mega popular Shrek movies, as well as a limited-edition, never-before-seen Donkey’s Christmas Shrektacular. The set also comes with hours of bonus features, including deleted scenes, a 12 Days of Christmas pop-up book, interactive games and secrets of Shrek Forever After.
And we have FOUR sets to give away!

For those looking to buy the set as a gift, Shrek The Whole Story (DreamWorks) will be released tomorrow, December 7, selling for a special holiday price of $40.49 (normally $76.99) on Amazon.

I think the Hollywood references in “Far Far Away” keep parents smiling and the “Holding Out for a Hero” action-sequence is so well done: funny (Jennifer Saunders is HILARIOUS), engaging, even a little heartbreaking (Gingy!) My son and I jump up and dance to it most of the time :)

He puts his sun glasses on and sings into his toy microphone. Of course it’s just a few words here and there for the most part, but it’s SOO cute! Haha. He has to have his Shrek cup if we watch it too. Haha

I want to win because my daughter and I want to present her kindergarten class with a dvd basket. The school is very low budget and have next to nothing in the video department, so we wanted to gather some up and make a basket for kindergarten kids to enjoy for years to come. I saw the first film in 2001, liked it, but don’t remember much. I saw all of the films, but I don’t have a complete collection. I’d love to win because this winter break, I want to watch through all the Shrek movies straight in the row. My mom loves animated films, and she likes to spend family time with me watching kid’s movies, plus eating our favorite snacks when we’re on our break. I have always been a fan of Shrek. I had Shrek t-shirts and poster on my door.
