Princess Leia is Everywhere this Halloween!
The Princess Leia concept isn’t new by any means, yet we’re seeing that famous character all over the place this Halloween. Besides being one of the most iconic women of all time, those Princess Leia buns just beg to be recreated. Here are our favorite Princess Leia Halloween Costumes this year:
This store-bought Princess Leia toddler costume made our Best Halloween Costumes of 2010 list — and for good reason! Just look how precious she looks! (HalloweenCostumes.com, $21.99)
We really love this handmade Princess Leia hat (for Halloween or just a cute way to keep her ears warm), which can be made for babies all the way up to adults. Made from acrylic yarn, it looks much more durable than some of the store-bought wigs. (Little Bird Lucy, $22)
The Etsy shop The Green Hedgehog (which, if you remember, also makes this awesome Vikings hat) is selling these made-to-order Princess Leia hats in any size for $19.95. You can also find a PDF pattern here for $6.95.
If you’re not so much into store-bought costumes, this Princess Leia costume (in sizes 0/3 months or 3/6 months) is handmade from the Etsy shop May Couture. ($30)
Even your dog can dress up as Princess Leia — which just might be our favorite costume of the bunch! (Toys ‘R Us, $18.99)
