I’m Jealous of These Baby Snowboots
Canadians know winter. So I’m not surprised at all that a Canadian company created these tough — and surprisingly adorable — snow boots for babies. They’re called Stonz Booties and they come in all sorts of good-looking designs. (You can see some of my favorites after the jump.)
You can wear them over shoes, or you can wear them over Stonz Linerz (a cozy sherpa-fleece lining) for extra-warmth. They’re available in newborn to 3-year-old sizes.
In my experience, it’s best to order things like snowboots right now, when fall is barely arriving and snow won’t be on the radar for months. If not now, what happens at my house is this: I forget all about it until the first snow storm hits and my kids desperately want to get out there and build a snowman but can’t unless they’re willing to squeeze into last year’s boots.

Jessica commented on Jan 31 12 at 2:33 pmWe bought a pair of these for our babe who was 11, 12, 13-14 months old during our cold, snowy season here in Michigan. They have proven to be INVALUABLE to us, as they don’t come off easily, and even through learning how to walk, he has been able to toddle around in them in the house and in the snow! If you think you might like these, you WILL :)
