A Place of Honor for Your Favorite Loaf
Designed by Marybeth Shaw and made in the U.S.A., the Sac á Baguette is pretty much the coolest market bag ever. It’s made of beautiful materials and lined with bright fabric in red, yellow or blue. I’m quite certain that simply carrying it makes you want to seek out farmers markets.
Does a person technically need a separate compartment for their baguettes? Of course not. And at first glance I thought it was a little bit silly. But then I imagined a bundle of fresh flowers in the tube compartment — how they wouldn’t drip on the other bag contents, and how completely charming they would look — and I decided it wasn’t silly at all.
In fact, I probably need one of these. : )
