MagBaby 524 212x300 Magnetic Baby Clothes?Every mom’s been there. Trying to change a cranky, flailing baby at 2 AM with bleary eyes and in a semi-comatose state. It’s a wonder we could get them dressed at all during those middle of the night changes. So when I spotted Magnificent Baby magnetic layette at a trade show last year, it was like the red seas parting. I had to touch it, snap it and figure out how they did it.

Now you can say goodbye to those tiny snaps and buttons and hello to the newest, most life-changing (not an exaggeration) baby clothes on the planet. Using magnets that are completely safe and so easy to fasten, Magnificent Baby clothing is a cinch to get on and off when you’re in a hurry. And when aren’t you in a hurry when you’re dealing with a crying baby. Just put the clothes on and voila: baby is dressed, ready to go and hopefully in a better mood.

Ahh, the 3:00am change from this morning will do. Usually my son will cry if I put him on the changing table when he’s obviously awake to eat. So the question is, do I change him first, or feed him first? If I feed him he will most likely fall back asleep, which is easier to deal with, right? I chose to feed him first. I thought, “my, his neck folds are getting STINKY. I need to give him another bath” (you know–where the drool, lint and food get stuck, escaping the wipe down). After nursing, I put him on the changing table asleep. As I was changing him I realized that the stinky neck smell was actually a golden nugget of a poop…something I’d been waiting for all day! (He’s been irregular with new solid food) I was so happy, so sleepy, and so enraptured by his cuteness all at the same time!

I’m now enjoying the babyhood of my third child. It’s amazing how many clothes these little ones go through! I have a wonderful husband who takes care of all of the middle-of-the-night changes. We have woken up to some hilarious clothing choices in the morning. Our most common is the missnapped bodysuit. I love it when it’s hanging on by one snap! Your product is ingenius.

My favorite is when my boy fills his diaper in the middle of the night. So not only am I bleary-eyed getting up to feed him, but I’m trying to keep my eyes open enough to clean him up and not get it all over him!

My 5-month old rarely-to-never cries at night so when she woke me up crying the other night I knew something was wrong. Somehow, her diaper had leaked in a big way. I had to change her diaper, her sleeper, her swaddle and the sheets. Awesome.

I’m lucky in that he rarely wakes up at night, but if he does, it’s usually from having a wet diaper that leaked. He ended up having his onesie snapped over his pants!

I’m not trying to be a jerk here, but aren’t magnets extremely dangerous if ingested?

Our little fastening system is completely hidden and secured in a tamper proof, baby-safe pouch enrobed in ultra-soft 100% pima cotton. They’ve passed all small parts testing as well and are BPA and phthlalate safe. We hope you experience our stress free way of changing your little one and thank you for your comment!

I’m still doing feedings around 1:00/2:00 a.m. It’s a lot better than what it used to be. :)
