A Brilliant Solution to Kid Art Overflow

il 430xN.138820987 300x224 A Brilliant Solution to Kid Art OverflowLike all moms, I try to be good. I try to save all my angel’s artwork and create amazing scrapbooks or wallpaper my house with it, really I do! But somewhere along the way from Oh my, isn’t that beautiful? to How does all the art end up on the kitchen counter?, I lose my way along the path to thoughtful kid art preservation.

Fortunately, I’ve seen many creative ways to save kid art. There’s turning art into jewelry, art into stuffed animals, art into T-shirt — you name it.  I guess there’s a huge market for guilty moms who have no idea what to do with their kid’s masterpieces.

Fortunately, the etsy shop SimplyCreate has come up with a beautiful solution called Masterpiece Display. You send them your kid’s best work (no, they can’t all be equal! save that line for your kids), and they photograph and create a beautiful collage.

Detailed photos and another designer’s take on the same concept after the jump…

Clean, minimalist with an element of pop art, you an order whatever size you like.

Call it a retrospective if you will, this idea is not only brilliant it creates a modern, pop art motif that will add color to any room.

The company even throws Masterpiece Parties, where moms bring in kids artwork and they will photograph right on site.
