Decorating for Kids? Get Inspired!
Decorating for kids should be fun. (Really fun—there are no rules!) But sometimes its not. Because you don’t know where to start, or what you want, or what they want, or how it’s all going to look when you’re done.
As with any decorating project, the best first step is to look at pictures of finishes spaces. There is no better way to get inspired or find ideas for layouts, color schemes, decor styles, artwork, and everything else. Happily, decorating editor and expert Susanna Salk pulled together hundreds of photos of kid spaces for her new book, Room For Children (Rizolli, 2010). So much excellent inspiration, all in one place! Get yours here.
