Stickers to Banish Boredom…Swedish Style
When it comes to keeping kids busy, we’re all desperate to come up with the next big thing; anything that will keep them occupied for minutes, hours, days at a time, so you can….Well, let’s see:
1. buff your nails
2. take that shower you’ve been dreaming about
3. watch an episode of 9 by Design that’s been DVR’d for months.
And if your child is anything like mine, five minutes into any activity, and it’s goodbye crayons, trucks, busy boxes and hello “Mommy, mommy, mommy!” You: “What?” Them: “Nothing.”
Our Children’s Guerillas face sticky tape will remedy all that and help you in a pinch when you’ve got some serious twittering to do and nowhere near enough nannies. Kids can stick these Swedish-imported sillies anywhere, and it becomes instant art (think post-modern Mr. Potato Heads) with no mess or residue.
Stick ‘em on light switch covers, the fridge, cardboard boxes, walls and doors galore. And the variations are endless. You can even apply these kid stickers to the toilet every time the little genius makes a move for the potty. Talk about style meets function meets pure FUN! And did I mention, this is the only shop that features them in the US? Um, that’s your cue to click.
Oh and if anyone has more interesting applications for these, do tell! Mommy’s overworked and going to need a lot of sticker time for junior this summer.
