Wonderful Wallpaper (And It’s Affordable!)
The recent wallpaper resurgence tops my list of inspiring décor trends, and I especially love it for kid spaces—you can totally pull off all those patterns and colorways that feel a bit too bold for the rest of the house.
And while retailers like Walnut Wallpaper in LA are making designer papers more accessible than ever, they can still cost a pretty penny. Which is why I’m a huge fan of Graham & Brown. The British company offers hundreds of wallcoverings at excellent prices, and they are always teaming up with talented designers, including, most recently, fabric maven Amy Butler. (More pics and pricing after the jump.)
Butler’s collection is fresh and fun, and totally perfect for a little girl’s room or nursery. (I promise to follow up with something great for boys’ rooms shortly!) Memento and Lacework, shown, are my personal faves. And at $80 per double roll—which covers about 50 square feet of wall space—you won’t blow your budget, or worry too much about potential magic marker mishaps.
