Did you know that there’s more to keep your sparkling pearly whites than brushing and flossing your teeth regularly? The food you eat and the drinks you consume can either help or harm the color of your smile. By eating foods and bringing beverages that help to maintain the natural white color, you’ll also benefit from overall healthier oral health like stronger enamel and healthy gums. Let’s see which foods will help your smile. This can be especially important as your kids are growing and their teeth are coming in.

Love this post! For a long time now I had been observing that my kids do etsiln to their bodies and eat how much and what they want. I also make healthy sweets, for instance, ice cream that you can have for breakfast, with raw eggs and cream and maple syrup! (from Nourishing Traditions by Sally FAllon and a video from healthyhomeeconomist.co). I really have to be careful with store bought sweets since my older daughter has severe cavities 2 years ago, which were reversed with healthy fats, limiting whole grains and raw milk.I also recently blogged about picky kids, and the point of my post was to keep putting healthy foods on the table and they will eat most of it eventually (no forcing though).
