Should We Vote for State Chef?

Posted by averagebetty on February 16th, 2012 at 11:14 am

It seems like the state of Florida is always in the news. Or maybe it just seems that way to me because Tampa is my home town. And in true, news-making fashion, Florida has just appointed Justin Timineri as the very first State Chef in the nation.

What is a Florida State Chef and what does this mean for the Mockingbird? Is a State Chef a good idea? Is State Chef something we should have elections for? If you could appoint a chef for your state, who would you choose?

Watch my video Should We Vote for State Chef? and share your thoughts in the comments… I can’t wait to hear what you think!
