Love is in the air and celebrity chef, Johnny Iuzzini, a judge on Food Network’s “Top Chef: Just Desserts,” and executive chef at Jean Georges, Nougatine, and Perry Street, is excited to teach you how to woo your sweetheart this Valentine’s Day with fast, easy dessert recipes that are sure to impress. I recently had the opportunity to talk to Johnny for a few minutes about how to make tonight’s Valentine’s Day dinner a memorable one.

Johnny is teaming up with Electrolux to explain induction cooking, which uses powerful electromagnets to create heat in metal-based pots or pans. Because the cookware heats more quickly than on gas or electric cooktops, cook times are faster, meaning less energy is used. Though induction cooking is faster and more energy efficient, consumers are still left with a number of questions about the technology.

When you visit Electrolux’s Facebook Page and click on the I [Heart] Induction tab, you can test your Induction IQ to see if you are on the cutting edge of cooking technology. Plus, when you take the test, you can enter for a chance to win a brand new Electrolux induction cooktop.
