Razzle Dazzle Strawberries Last Minute Valentines: Razzle Dazzle Strawberries!

I adore a good chocolate dipped strawberry, and when I made my last batch this weekend I gave them a little update with some sweet Valentine’s sprinkles. Aren’t they cute? My daughter and I were calling them all sorts of fun names and the term “Razzle Dazzle” really stuck. We picked it up from Pete’s Dragon. Here is our new favorite Valentine’s treat that you could easily whip up right now if you want!

Razzle Dazzle Strawberries

1 pint fresh strawberries

8 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped

Sanding sugar and sprinkles

Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl until completely smooth. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Dip the strawberries in the warmed chocolate and then dip in a container filled with sprinkles and sanding sugar. Place the strawberries on the lined sheets and chill for an hour or so until hardened.
