Sno Caps Last Minute Valentines! Easy Valentine Sno caps

When it came time to think of treats to make for my daughter’s Valentine’s Day party I needed something quick and easy and not too over the top. I decided on these adorable snowcaps that are so much fun to make. She was able to make them with me which was a total blast. I hadn’t made them in a long time and was reminded how easy they really are the pull together. If you are looking for an easy Valentine’s day treat I highly recommend this one!

Valentine’s Sno Caps

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Valentine’s sprinkles

In a heatproof bowl set over simmering water melt the chocolate chips until just smooth. Don’t overheat or the chocolate will seize up. Dollop the melted chocolate in little mounds onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and sprinkle with desired sprinkles. Chill the sheet pan for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is completely hardened. Gently lift off the baking sheet and serve.
