Last Minute Valentines! Cute White Chocolate Button Raspberries
I spend a ridiculous amount of time playing around on Pinterest. What can I say? I am hooked! Last week I happened to see this really cool idea for putting white chocolate chips in the tops of raspberries and serving them as cute little fruity nibbles. How genius is that? I was excited to give them a try this weekend. My family adored them, husband included. They have the same effect of chocolate dipped strawberries, only with a little less chocolate, which isn’t a bad thing. They are great for little bites and I can even imagine serving them over french toast or pancakes!
White Chocolate Raspberry Buttons
Raspberries, washed and dried
White chocolate chips
Insert one white chocolate chip into the top of each raspberry and serve.
