Eat Smart with Dunkin’ Donuts DDSMART® Menu and a $300 Giveaway
I’ve been trying really hard to keep my New Year’s resolutions of staying healthier by integrating more exercise in my schedule and forcing myself to use portion control. It’s not an easy thing for anyone. I especially have problems when I’m on the go. I either make wrong choices, because so many restaurants don’t have nutrition information readily available, or I skip meals and then over eat later in the day.
I was thrilled when I found out recently that Dunkin’ Donuts (one of my favorite places to stop by for breakfast when on the go) has a new way to help us eat healthier. Now all their healthier menu items have a DDSMART® label so the smarter choices are easy to find. There are even many choices under 300 calories.
I am hoping to do my first 5k soon, so I was doubly happy when I found out that Dunkin’s new DDSMART® campaign also includes a DDSMART® 0-5K training program. You can go to their site here, and download the program and find 5k races in your area.
