Sweet Treat: Cranberry and White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Everyone has a favorite cookie right? Well, a good, semi-chewy oatmeal cookie definitely qualifies as one of my favorite cookies ever and these cranberry, white chocolate chip and pecan oatmeal cookies are high on that list. I discovered this recipe a couple of years ago and it has become one of my go-to cookie recipes on so many occasions. I love it, not only because it produces the most tasty oatmeal cookie, but also because it’s such a no-fuss drop cookie recipe for a not-so-great baker like me.
What’s your favorite go-to cookie recipe?
