The Chinese New Year celebration of 2012 starts this weekend and we are going to honor it with some homemade Chinese food. I don’t make Chinese food on a regular basis, but I like to make some of the easier recipes I can find. Some of the ones we like to make I’ve found right here on Family Kitchen. Here are seven of the ones that are really, truly easy and delicious. So if you are a little unsure about trying your hand at Chinese food I recommend giving these a try!
