Did you know that you can make a mean cocktail out of that blissful bubbly libation known as Champagne. I’m not quite sure why most people reserve champagne to celebrate special occasions. I think bubbles should be enjoyed year round and for no reason at all but just because. I also tend to prefer Prosecco over Champagne.
