Baked Broccoli Rabe: A Healthy Winter Side
This time of year the eating can get pretty rich — from tempting meats and cheeses, to decadent desserts, December is a month of indulgence. Brooklyn Supper headquarters has been well-supplied with the rich foods of the season, but we also like to lighten things up with healthy, seasonal sides. And that’s where this baked broccoli rabe comes in — it’s simple to make, and teams up tangy lemon, creamy Asiago, and delightfully pungent (and healthy!) broccoli rabe.
Head over to Brooklyn Supper for our delicious recipe.
