Thanksgiving Entertaining with Peter Callahan
Last month I had the pleasure of meeting Peter Callahan, caterer extraordinaire, at the launch for his new book Bite by Bite: 100 Stylish Little Plates You Can Make For Any Party. The event was outstanding. Peter was fun to chat with, and everything served was directly from the book. Not only was it adorable, it was delicious with a capital “D”. After the event I asked if Peter could share some of his best Thanksgiving entertaining tips with us, and he sent over a sample of photographs to inspire.
All of these dishes are simple to make and would be so much fun to serve at a Thanksgiving party. I could just envision passing these around at our next soiree. Peter’s book is visually stunning and completely inspiring. In addition to what you see below, the recipes are all manageable to make at home and will wow all of your guests. I highly suggest you pick up a copy of the book for yourself to take a look, or, better yet, pick up two copies: one for you and one as a holiday gift for a friend!
