‘Tis the season for eggnog, and I couldn’t be happier. I love eggnog and use it in all sorts of things. One of the things I do is replace the milk with eggnog when I am making pancakes. If I am really getting into it I add a drop of eggnog flavoring for extra flavor. I also add a nice dash of cinnamon because I love the taste. We serve this with maple syrup, but a vanilla or cinnamon glaze would taste absolutely delicious. Can you imagine a more delicious holiday breakfast?!
